DAMAGED or FAULTY ?
If the product delivered is damaged, faulty or not as described then please call us on 1300 821877 or email us via our contact form and and we will assist with your request. A return will only be accepted if contact is made to us within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
To enable us to evaluate your return request, please provide us with:
1. The invoice number or receipt number
2. A detailed description of the problem or the reason for your request to the return the product
3. Product photos showing shipping damage etc.
4. Your name and contact details
We will promptly evaluate your return request and will send you full return instructions and return address if appropriate.
