I didn't think that I would find anyone that showed interest or had technical knowledge of their product. Charles is brilliant. He explained every aspect of my question and even suggested alternate ideas and fault finding before committing to buy from him. Very rare to find someone as honest and helpful as him. Charles ( Charlie ) took a genuine interest in talking through the issue I had with my Triton's DPF. He showed great technical knowledge & insight of the likely problem, before trying to just sell me the product. Whilst I didn't require to purchase the DPF in the end, I would highly recommend using them for technical advice & expertise in this field.
